A Photobook

A Photobook

I created a photobook containing my favorite photography work I produced this semester. After assembling it through Blurb.com I was able to get it printed, and I am proud of how it turned out. You can find it at the bottom of this post.

The process took a lot of editing and organizing. To group together my favorite shots from this semester took a lot of work, and hours of photo shooting. I sorted the book into a few main categories that will help direct the reader and gave brief write ups on each section on each section title page. The photos following then demonstrated the principles I wrote about.

Having a physical representation of my work is so satisfying, and I’m going to enjoy proudly showing it to those I care about and the ones that care about my visual communication journey. It was a fun process, but definitely not an easy one. Through this semester I have learned to use reflectors, external lighting, and flash, how to use composition to my advantage in photography, to use different lenses and lens filters, and post editing techniques to enhance my pictures. All of these things are shown in this series of photos published as my photobook. I hope you enjoy the photography inside.

Thanks for checking it out. I hope you enjoyed seeing my work inside.
